This year we will be doing a variety of cake demonstrations on Saturday mornings. These dems are open to anyone interested at a cost of R200 per dem. In these dems you will observe as Julie ices, constructs and decorates a variety of different types of tiered cakes. Some of the cakes covered will be the Topsy Turvy Mad Hatters cakes, Wedding cakes, themed cakes and an Extreme cake. These dems also form part of the 8 week advanced course. To complete the 8 week advanced course you must have attended at least 3 dems, the cost of which will be subtracted from your course fee if you attend the dems before you enroll for the course.
